Dont know why i get banned

Realm: europe
Situation: after normal game banned!?
Why you should be unbanned:

I don't know why i get banned!
Last time i played custom castle defense and my ally had to go and we lost anyway...

after this i wanted to join a new castle defense game and i was banned :(
