Why are you banned: Autoban - I dc'ed
Why you should be unbanned: I didn't pp, or leave the game willingly, I got dc'ed due to some problem by my isp and that is out of my control. The game is [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #90. I don't mind waiting for the ban to be undone if that happens automatically, just not sure how long I have to wait. It's now 4pm my time.

Any guidance or advice is also appreciated - my ISP is normally stable but, I can't control problems on their end.
