@RipCurl- The IP you're using at the moment is different from the one you have used to play. Are you playing from a new location (Let's say since 28th January?)

I haven't moved, changed IP, nor changed PC/settings. Can you kindly help remove the "ban"? Really no idea why this has happened.

The IP you're using at the moment (at forum) has never been used and is different from the one you use to play under the name Turk.

EDIT: Also if possible please answer the following questions:

List all the usernames & realms you have used so far.
What type of games you want to play now (Example: DotA, Legion TD, etc)?

Username & realm: Turk and RipCurl- are the only 2, and I play on U.S. West.
Games: DotA only.
There was a power outage today so I had to reboot everything - could this have somehow triggered a change? Else, I've not changed any settings, nor been informed by my local service provider of any changes.
Is there a way to re-link my (current/new?) IP to my a/c?
I tried creating a new a/c, but am still locked out.

@RipCurl- Please do not create new accounts/reset IP meanwhile, simply let us try to work it out If you do that, it might be considered as ban dodging and the ban lasts for 1 year.

Turk is my active a/c, RipCurl- i've not used in a long time, and Trixie is the a/c I just created to test the issue. No other a/cs.

I mostly play -apem, and on occasion -arem (rarely -rdem/-sdem/-ap, but possibly - I can't recall). Yes, after creating the new a/c Trixie yesterday after I posted this query, I was somehow able to enter and play 1 game on ENT so I thought the issue might have been resolved, but after that noted I still could not join most games - as shared, I had no idea why my a/c was blocked, and why I could enter one game but not others. I've not been banned before since I started playing on ENT in 2014, so seek your kind understanding that this was purely to test the a/c, and I had no intention of (nor knew that this would be considered) dodging.

In addition, as you shared, seems the cause was because somehow my IP changed/is no longer in sync with my a/c Turk, and not because of a ban request. But even after creating the new a/c Trixie (assumed this would be in sync with my current IP), the issue still persists. I had no idea my IP had been changed until you advised, and was not manually done on my end - hope there is a quick/clean solution for this which will allow me to continue playing on ENT. Thanks again!

aRt)Y, that was after I tested that 1 game, and as explained it was to test. I've not played any other game on ENT since.

@RipCurl- Sorry for the late answer, however checking the information regarding your ISP, it appears the IP you're using at the moment is possibly a proxy. Do you have any idea on how your ISP works or how it changed like that? Any possibility to change that back? Thanks in advance

Hi Hyorinmaru, no worries at all ~ I've checked with my ISP and they've confirmed that they use dynamic IP addresses (believe this would affect other gamers as well) and there's no way of retrieving my previous IP address (as that may have been reassigned already). Is there any other solution? The helpdesk shared this may happen upon rebooting - this is not the first time I've had to cycle my connection/system, but it is the first time that I'm getting blocked on ENT which seems very odd.

Also, if the different IP is the issue, does this mean I may also encounter issues if attempting to play ENT games on other PCs/at other locations? Or if I were to change my ISP or place of residence? Thanks again

@RipCurl- After analyzing this for a while, i can whitelist one of your accounts, which means you will be able to play only on that account. So i'd like you to tell me which account will it be (name@realm). Thanks
