Falcoholic - Ban Appeal

Postby Falcoholic » Sat Mar 28, 2015 7:15 pm

Your Warcraft III username: Falcoholic
Realm/Gateway: useastbattle.net
Why are you banned: Not quite sure. On banlist it says "Nonvoting" I have not been on for 3 days so something must have happened in a lobby just now as I was trying to play. Was afk on phone call and I come back banned for "nonvoting".
Why you should be unbanned: I don't know the situation but apparently "getstomped" banned me for nonvoting and I have no recall for the incident. Please advise.

Having an unstable internet connection or a high risk of lagging out? Are you tired of losing a won game because you disconnected?
Do not worry, there are solutions to solve your problem!
    • ENT Connect is a on LAN connection based reconnection tool (no cd-keys needed).
    • GProxy++(Varlock) is a reconnection tool for the battle.net with an external prompt.
    • GProxy++ DLL is a reconnection plugin for battle.net (Recommended).

Night stealth was clearly ruining the game you were apart of. Part of the rules state you're required to kick players ruining the game. The night stealth teleported right to the enemy fountain at the beginning of the game. It can't get more blatant than that. Why didn't you kick?

There = Location (ex. Get there fast)
Their = Belonging (ex. Their hero, their item)
They're = They are (ex. They're not helping, They're banned)

In all honesty, that game started off 4v5 with an afker. Axe player was cutting top and I had zero assistance. Slark (Dollars) could have made an easy move and came top but instead continued complaining about a furion that refused to leave middle lane...is there a rule about players "owning" certain lanes? I can't find one. I did not vote because that game was lost from the start and booting furion would have made the game 3v5...either way game was over with kick or without.

I'm assuming that doesn't matter though. Thanks for the explanation. I'll find an alternative way to play dota from now on. I don't feel this ban on me is justified by the situation that took place.

So it makes more sense to keep an obvious game ruiner in the game? furion's actions prevented players from enjoying the game.

Also, you can always leave a 3v5 without an autoban. so you couldve (rightfully) kicked furion, quit that game, and be playing right now as we speak.

@falcoholic make sense or still disagree?
