I don't think this should help me now becouse when i was disconnected i have not been using my own internet connection, I was playing the game at my parents house but they have very poor internet connectivity :/ Now I'm at home and I think that I should not have any more of these internet drops.

I would still recommend downloading it for your parents house. THats what this tool is designed for, to keep poor internet connectivity players in game and preventing a d/c like yourself.

Your ban expires in less than an hour. However, I recommend you download Gproxy to avoid such situations to arise again because future disconnection appeals will require you to have Gproxy downloaded to even be considered.
