also keep in mind that the game had just begun and only like 5 minutes has passed while red was afk, I understand why they put autoban on dota or 3v3 castle fight, but is it really necessary in 1v1?

You might have added the 2nd post to your first with edit.
Can you find the game from where you were autobanned?
If you were green and red was afking and you left and got autobanned seems to me that he was playing when he did not have time to be active or tryed to win easy elo cuz of leave.

@AmnoN most of those rules are for the 3v3, and since he was not red IMO he did not do anything wrong, unless you think he trys to troll or alike with new accs?

yes I made another acc because I didn't want to risk stats if he picked ridiculous modes and he had been sitting in that 1v1 room for a long time
