Lost power in game lobby

Why are you banned: Not to sure, I lost power to the house while in the game lobby. Attempted to join after internet was back up and said something like Range ban. I rejoined and took a screen capture.
Why you should be unbanned:
At least an explanation would be helpful to prevent future occurrences.

I only play LoD.
