i was kicked in a game and after checking if i can enter few hours or days i dont remember, i started making new accounts but everyone lasted like 1-2 days each and gets banned, im tired to make new acc every day, if you check my stay rate and you will see im staying everytime until the end no matter how many noobs i have in the team

You are currently banned for dodging, as you already know.
Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on another account, often by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP. Dodging is considered a major offense equal to maphacking.

Those bans last 1 year.
However, they can be reduced, or even removed completetely, if the player who dodged decides to cooperate, and never dodges again.
In this case, you would have to prove your cooperation by not dodging for a month, and then reappealing.
