Frankly, I expect more from a sold player with over 4000 games. His play was not game ruining therefore your votekicks were abusive. And frankly, its a little misleading to quote his game stats at game end rather than what they were at min 22 when you tried to votekick him.

all team fights he was missing.. then he throws himself into 5 ppl and die...

for me, this vk was ok... throwing games and not helping the team...

I watched the game yes. I dont ban people without watching the game. You votekicked him when he got ganked in your woods. Again you are being misleading with "throws himself into 5 people and die".

yeah... just after i tried to help him and died too..

could not even talk to the kid coz he ignored me and kept feeding scourge till he made our game experience sad.
because of this we cannot have a decent game, and after you banned me... he /w me making fun of it...

its not cool for me at all. I hate banning good players. And i really dislike immature assholes who whisper and gloat. But rules are rules. The votekicks were not warranted, and i cant ban people for being an asshole. But I do have the ability to grant an appeal when I feel the player has a good understanding of the rule in play that caused the ban. You also had a 2-9 omni and a 2-10 ember spirit so I think this game was a shitstorm start to finish.
