Re: Ban Appeal
This is the request that got u banned: viewtopic.php?t=109017 . Looks like there was a kick against a rule violator and you did only vote yes in one of six attemts.

Re: Ban Appeal
I didn't vote in the first two because it wasn't clear whether he deserved it or not. This is ridiculous...

Re: Ban Appeal
Yes I was aware you lagged out at min 14. Your first vote was at 1322.
(13:22 / All) Felhound: !yes
This player asked in all chat at min 8 to be kicked, and he intentionally fed you at your tower at 945 by walking right up to you and following you around your tower. I banned you because you were aware of the need and failed to vote on the first two attempts. You are obligated to votekick game ruiners. Out of all of the sentinel players, you should have been the most inclined to vote to kick since you were the one he fed at the start of the game. Your failure to vote, as well on your silence regarding the intentional feed (i think your allies would have been helped by you commenting on that with respect to the votekick attemps) was problematic. I apologize for the typo "6". It should have read 3.

Re: Ban Appeal
The facts stands that I voted to kick, and I'm not obliged by rules to tell my team mates to kick anyone. I got a ban for disconnecting and then I got an additional 2 days ban for not typing !yes in first 2 votekicks? I was willing to votekick and draw after I saw he continued feeding, but I guess that doesn't matter. While the others who played a full game with the feeder got a 1 day ban? Your logic is flawed, I doubt you're capable of being a moderator/admin (whatever).
This is irrelevant.

Re: Ban Appeal
By itself the quote is irrelevant, but in the context of the game it made all players aware of a potential problem, and when combined with his action of intentionally feeding made it clear to all players the need to be kicked. Your isolation of specific quotes rather than considering the totality of the issue does not make a very good argument for your appeal.
I did not ban you to punish you, but rather in the hopes of bringing you here to clarify the responsibilities of players with respect to votekicking game ruiners. I am happy to unban you when I feel we have accomplished this.

The fact stands that I did vote to kick him. I still don't see the reason why I'm banned.

Re: Ban Appeal
Well, this is taking longer to resolve than it should, since I didnt see that you had posted a response. I dont necessarily need you to agree with me since this was sort of a judgement call, but I would like you to consider in future a faster response to game ruiners.
Fair enough?
