"bezdak" banned the wrong user. Please unban asap

Why are you banned: Purportedly for "Selling towers, TID:112452".
Why you should be unbanned: I only play dota, and recently stopped using 13ad and started playing using the nick 12ape so am now unfortunately "banned" as well. I have no idea how selling towers is in any way possible in dota. Also believe there is more than 1 user riding on the nick "13ad". I own the uswest login for 13ad; but note there's another user on europe.battle.net based in Serbia who plays Legion. Please check because "bezdak" for sure banned the wrong user. Please also give a warning to "bezdak" to check bans properly for the exact reason that users on different realms may own identical nicks - but are not the same user! Thank you for looking into this asap.
