When you're banned on ENT, your IP is also banned. That means you can't play on the same IP, even if you change account. So, since you did play, you also did change your IP. That is a fact, not a debateable opinion.

Yes, coincidences do happen. However, as i explained in your first appeal, you were aware of your ban, yet you changed IP/account and played. Things are pretty clear.

Your IP changed and your account changed and you continued playing. That is a fact. Whether or not your IP was changed on purpose or not doesn't matter; you still changed your account name to continue playing whilst being banned.
