i cant even get on youtd or gemtd which the games i play......... i think having a mod account you need to do more research before you ban people....

b/c they ban the IP address. So it doesn't matter which account you use, if you violate rules you get banned.

Unless you are claiming you are not Artic, but you know they can check these things.

Why don't you post the link to the actual BRQ in which you were banned? The one you mentioned in the appeal description?
