Just bought the game and already got banned

Why you should be unbanned: Unban me because i never played on this bot ever and i just bought Warcraft 3. So i physicaly can play on this bot and yet i was banned? More over there is different nickname of another player.
And i notice that i CAN connect from another internet provider but on my main i receive a message, that states i was banned here.

Good evening! I hope my answer in this thread is enough and i dont have to answer you in private. So i never use ENT service before, i guess so. Yes i certanlty didnt used because i never played on battle.net before. Instead i prefered Garena lan.
So this is my first account i just(actually enough time passed) registred to write my problem down.
Well, i usually play LTD, well i always play LTD, but sometimes im trying some other bots(games, maps, i hope you get it) and i didnt notice any problem, i can connect to it.
The last time when i played on ent was a several days ago, and it was LTD mega.
So, i hope you got enought information from me to sort it out. If you need something more you can ask me.

@toesss2 Based on what I see - the ban is only active on our castle fight bot (1). But, you should be able to play other games on ENT such as the ones you've been doing (LTD, Wintermaul).

Something else - I noticed your IP changed when posting your response to me - Can you check to still see if you get the message when trying to join castle fight, and also, if you can join Legion TD/Wintermaul just fine?

At first as i already stated it above. Yes this is so. I only have been banned on CF for some reason.
Well is most important i could play yesterday evening on CF bot, we played 3 games and just now i found out they i've been banned again. Whats the matter? Yes my IP is dynamic(as you stated it) but i dont think this is the reason.

Alright, well - given the circumstance, I've whitelisted toessss2#uswest.battle.net so you should be able to play just fine now.
