Votekicking someone who is making a game impossible to win is like chopping off a rotten luímb and in the best interest of the team. Why would it be abusive if a player is refusing to teamplay?

He even said he wanted to cross and then stated that he wanted to value. He then proceeded just to build a single zombie right in the middle of the lane. Forcing me to adapt and solo build immediately. I even told him he would not survive with zombie, but he would not listen. cool-kira wanted to ff already, while I tried to remove him at least so we stand a chance.

He is doing things like this in every single game and then reporting the players who get tilted by his behaviour. I don't think we should get banned for attempting to votekick him. And besides I really doubt that someone who knows what cross is and knows how to file a ban request does not know that you should not build like that.

Yeah, maybe something you should have done during the game instead of starting a votekick.

Watch the replay, he built more than just the zombie and he would have held lvl 1 without the warriors. He doesnt have to cross if he doesnt want to, you had plenty of time to adjust.

I take you by the words then although it sounds like this is some sort of rethorical remark.

What I found in his replays is really much worse than what I would have guessed and really sickening:

Example 1: Here is proves that he is capable of playing perfectly well. He has very good knowledge of strategies, builds, units and ltd slang.

Now lets take a look at some other games, where he did not perform so well. One is already shown in his original ban request. How can this be? Someone who with the skills of those games above builds zombie + 2 trash ads in the middle of the lane for a start?

Example 3: Same situation as in my game. Cross was denied to him, he went for full tk build in the middle of the lane.

Example 6: Here he actually goes for crossing as a holder like he always suggests, but he does it in a way that just has to end in a disaster by placing the yggdrasil on the left side - every experienced ltdler will already know what is gonna happen. Not that he got much left to ruin, given his teammates, who are truely new players.

Nice scientific sidenote: teal is a true newb: He does not know that you send together, he does not know what to send and he builds where the builder is placed initially. He just places the units he can afford without thinking about their capabilities regarding the following lvls. I would have tried to help that player, just for the record.

Ok, these cases might leave some questionmarks, but I believe I found the groundlaying rule to predict his ingame behaviour: Whenever he is playing with his mate faqqot he has a good game, with almost telepathic communication on advanced strategies and when he is not around or in the enemies team, he is going full tk. Should I cross validate my theory to you? I can open some more replays and he plays quite often with that player.

What is the aim of this behaviour? He is manipulating his friends elo score by ruining a few games where he loses a lot of elo to come back with reduced elo and help his friend to go sky high.

As for you @sl4ck, @jabba41, @amnon, @legiontdgrrr and also the other mods: I find it strikingly naive to think that someone who is discussing cross strategy and able to file a banrequest is a bloody noob who is spamming trash out of sweet innocence. I dislike that you ask me to offer you proof that my intuition is right while you give the guy who ruined that game the benefit of the doubt. But however I found something that I did not expect to that horrible extent, interesting output of this small investigation.

Don't you see that he is pushing your buttons in that ban request? He knows you are required to teach new players first before you vk, he knows that flaming is bannable, even though the flamer has good reason to be tilted. That I and maybe even the other people he reported get banned after having a ruined game is putting the community to shame. He is abusing formalisms to make the report system even ban his victims who fought back against his game ruining.

That is the rule that I supposedly broke:

Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruiners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.

As you can see above I do believe the guy was game ruining at the time and therefore I used the votekick as it should have been used. Even in doubt I don't see why I should get a ban, since you should give the players who are struck by game ruining the "in dubio pro reo" standart that they did not do the action in question for bad reasons. For the third time I don't think he is a new player and I do not see why I should still get banned for it, although I even offered more proof than needed to make my point clear.

I do not want to have my ban reduced out of mercy for some sort of positive social prognosis. I want it to be removed entirely. Even when expired I want this mistake gone from my ban history as it would be used against me in the future.

Quite frankly, looking over chat on replays (specially games with faqq0t), im pretty sure who this humanchair is, and thats morelossthanwin / adwords_editor - So id check the internal information and cross-reference him (morelossthanwin is supposed to be banned atm, and this humanchair "mysteriously" always logs on the forum shortly after morelossthanwin)
