ENT Server dropping me every game every 5 minutes

Why you should be unbanned: None of this is my fault!!! server is having issues and wont let me log in! it keeps telling me that i didnt respond in time.. wtf??? then when it does work it will kick me out mid lobby?!?! wtf then if i get lucky and game starts it kicks me out right away!?!?!?! WTF???? now i am banned for something that is not my fault at all please ?!?! holy hell... this is so unfair
