Great relief that he is gone for a while. He is constantly doing the same stuff. Flaming and forcing calls. This report is only 1 out of many games where exactly the same stuff happened. He is not even offering any claims that he would change his behaviour, neither does he apologize. There is really nothing to assume this won't happen again in the future.
