lmfao @ the irony of jazzy buying $4 million in real estate while the market is beginning to crash downwards for the first time in a decade XD.

Unfortunately, I had to buy given life circumstances. But i got 33% of the down payment funded by the bank of mom and dad to be fair or I could never had afforded it.

I tried to sell my nyc apartment but no one was offering anything reasonable. Bad time to buy right now for sure.
