I don't know. Different depending on if you have static or dynamic.

You can find out though:
- Go to this link: http://www.whatismyip.com/
- And record what it says
- Restart your router
- Go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ again and see if it matches

Hi together,
the router is dynamic and i just got automatically a new address and can connect.
I do not belive in such a coincidents but the router gave me the same IP which was banned before. The chances are horrible small here.
(It is questionable that an IP ban is so easy to avoid. Evtl. a ban of the mac-address is a better choice, if that is possible.)
