Why you should be unbanned:
During the picking phase, teal (myrover) calls mid but purple (False-Hope) picks and goes mid first before teal does.
I pick Nevermore and go bot with Krobelus. We are vs. a solo Puck. Initially, I think that it is strange that Puck is solo, so I suspect a puller or a jungler. Eventually, I realize that there are 2 mids for the Sentinel. But, at this point there is no reason to suspect purple of intentionally ruining the game in any way. While it is rare that two players will fight over mid, when it does happen, it is usually just a pissing contest between two people with big egos and not necessarily due to someone trying to ruin the game. And after watching the reply twice, it seems like purp/Huskar does fine in the laning phase--trying to last hit and deny creeps, backing away from harrass, harrasing Destroyer, etc.--so there is no reason to suspect him of game ruining at this point. In fact, there is slightly greater reason to suspect teal/Clock of ruining the game, since in my experience Huskar is a more common mid and a better matchup against Obsidian Destroyer.
From 3:55-4:15, Clock and Husk chase OD but Bara charges in, turning it into a 2v2. Clock and Husk die without getting any kills in return. At this point, still no reason to suspect Huskar or anybody for that matter of game ruining. Huskar is now 0-1-0 and charged by Bara 1x.
At 6:10 Huskar and Clock are again laning against OD when Ursa and Bara come from top to gank Huskar and Clock. Huskar dies in the gank apparently from good initiation/surprise and not from intentionally positioning himself badly. Clock manages to escape. Notice that Huskar says at 6:24 that there was no mia call from top and this is true. At this point, there is still no reason to suspect Huskar of intentionally feeding. His deaths thus far seem pretty normal especially given the no mia call and the Bara factor. Huskar is now 0-2-0 and charged by Bara 2x.
At 6:57, Huskar says in allied chat, "i don't even care if we lose anymore." This is really the only obvious sign in the entire game that he is trying to throw the game. However, since I was on the Scourge I did not have access to that information. Also, apparently Huskar didn't actually mean what he said, because he continued to try to win throughout the game.
At 8:20, Clock and Huskar gank me at bot. Clock misses his Hookshot (he hits a creep with it). But Huskar ults me. Huskar dies due to tower damage and Clock finishes up with a rocket and his ministun skill, overall resulting in a death for me, another death for Huskar, and a kill for Clock. Considering Clock missed his Hookshot, it seems that Huskar deserved the kill at least as much as Clock. But unfortunately for Huskar, his death and Clock's kill are ironically used as evidence for game throwing on Huskar's part. This is what happens when people focus on stats and KDR too much. In reality, there is STILL no reason to suspect Huskar of intentionally feeding. All his deaths up until this point are still due to normal play. Huskar is now 0-3-1 and charged by Bara 2x.
From 9:20-9:45, Huskar and OD engage in 1v1 at bot. After taking some harrassment, Huskar uses Inner Vitality and ults OD, but loses the fight. It seems he lost not because he wanted to lose the fight, but because he underestimated OD's damage output. If he wanted to lose the fight for sure, then he probably wouldn't have used Inner Vitality or his Life Break. Again, there is no damning evidence that Huskar is throwing the game. Huskar is now 0-4-1 and charged by Bara 2x.
At 10:30, Sentinel enters our jungle, resulting in a 4v4 teamfight. Huskar ults Ursa immediately and Ursa escapes with 11 HP after Bara charges in to save him. As all hell breaks loose, Huskar moves to the right and uses Inner Vitality. Then he comes after me, but dies to Krob and me after bringing me to very low HP. Doombringer delivers the final blow on me with Lvl Death, giving Doom the kill and Huskar another death. Again, Huskar does not appear to die on purpose. He instead appears to die because at this point he is severely underfarmed and underleveled and he had no choice but to fight since it was a teamfight. Also, another near kill of his was taken by a teammate, making his KDR look even worse compared to his teammates. This causes the Sentinel and admin "child" to suspect Huskar of intentional feeding, but there is still no evidence that that is the case. Huskar is now 0-5-2 and charged by Bara 2x.
At 12:05, a 3v3 at top Scourge tower occurs. Bara charges in on Huskar and we snipe him right away. Notice that Venge and Puck only use their Magic Missile and Waning Rift AFTER Huskar dies. They do not even attempt to save Huskar but blame him for yet another death. Once again, no evidence of intentionally throwing the game. Huskar is now 0-6-2 and charged by Bara 3x.
At 13:50, Clock and Huskar get initiated upon by Scourge (my team) at mid. Doom and Puck are not close enough to fight immediately and Venge is far away in the Sentinel base. Huskar is the one charged and is killed with no chance to retaliate. Clock manages to live for a few seconds but is killed by Krobelus's ult. We end up winning the fight by killing Doom and Puck as well. Huskar is now 0-7-2 and charged by Bara 4x.
At 14:40, Huskar TPs mid and runs towards Ursa, Krob, and me without any teammate support. This is his most puzzling death of the game because none of us are on low enough HP for him to kill in a 3v1. He dies to us easily and this is the only death of his that was stupid enough to label an intentional feeding death. It does raise an eyebrow but given how he died the other 7 times, I decide not to VK him until he shows more signs of intentional feeding. Huskar is now 0-8-2 and charged by Bara 4x.
At 16:05, Huskar uses Inner Vitality and goes uphill to fight OD. It seems he was expecting Doombringer to follow him because if Doombringer Doomed OD, then Huskar could easily ult and kill OD. But instead, Doombringer did not follow Huskar AND Bara happened to charge Huskar. It is not clear whether this death was intentional. Most likely, it resulted from noobish map awareness/noobish play from Huskar and a lack of cooperation and coordination among the Sentinel. Huskar is now 0-9-2 and charged by Bara 5x.
At 17:45, Puck and Huskar fight Bara. Puck uses Dream Coil but is bashed to death. Huskar's ult is on cooldown so he does no significant damage. Huskar had the option to run once he saw he wasn't going to beat Bara, but decided to stand his ground and dies as a result. At this point, I start to think that he is just a noob and not necessarily an intentional feeder. Also, since I was on the Scourge, I did not have vision of the Sentinel jungle and thus didn't know if teammates such like Clock were up on higher ground. Perhaps it was because of Huskar's confidence in having backup that he decided to stay and fight Bara. Given that I did not have the information available in the replay WHEN I was actually playing the game, it was difficult to determine whether Huskar was intentionally feeding or not. In fact, even after watching the replay 3 times, I don't think there is enough evidence that he is doing it intentionally. Rather, one could argue at least as easily that he is simply not a good player. Huskar is now 0-10-2 and charged by Bara 5x.
At 20:00, Ursa blinks on Huskar and kills him as he tries to escape from the Sentinel jungle. It is not clear whether Huskar wanted to die or whether he just thought we wouldn't find and kill him so quickly. Again, to me it looked as much a risky gamble/noob play as intentionally feeding. Huskar is now 0-11-2 and charged by Bara 5x.
At 22:05, Huskar dies quickly during the 5v4 teamfight at Sentinel's bottom T2 tower. I don't know why he didn't use his Life Break during that fight, but I believe it is only the first time in the game where he did not use Life Break in a fight when it was off cooldown. In any case, there doesn't seem to be any strong evidence that he died intentionally. Huskar is now 0-12-2 and charged by Bara 5x.
At 23:12, Huskar dies to Ursa. No evidence here since at this point the game is transitioning into the fountain farming phase anyway. Huskar is now at his final score of 0-13-2 and charged by Bara 5x.
At 25:05, Huskar Life Breaks Ursa near the fountain but both disengage after trading blows and neither dies.
Game finishes at this point.

After the game, myrover (Clockwerk) posted the ban request for not VKing, saying that, "husk fed 0-10 under 18 mins had only boots and mask other team let the game get ruined by excessive feeding off him and would not vk." And admin "child" concluded that, "false-hope banned 10 days for excessive and intentional feed from what I determined was very obvious. suckmyclick krobelus.cz and akasaka all banned 2 days for refusal to votekick in three attempts (didnt vote in any) and a very clear situation of a game ruiner."
How was the intentional feed "very obvious?" How was the game "a very clear situation of a game ruiner?" Admin "child," please point out where Huskar obviously dies on purpose--where there was no other explanation for him dying. Up until at least his play at 14:40, there is no reason to suspect intentional feeding. And after that, it was not clear whether he was intentionally feeding or simply noobish. It looks like "child" did a terrible job at objectively analyzing the replay.
Listen up, myrover and admin "child":
1. 0-10 in 18 minutes does not equal intentional feeding. Players make this fallacious argument all the time and try to use it to boot unskilled players from their team. I have had terrible games like that as well where my teammates flamed me and tried to VK me, but was it necessarily because I wasn't trying? Surely it couldn't have been because of bad hero matchups (especially against Bara), bad gambles, bad positioning/map awareness, etc.? Huskar was generally not solo ramboing, not afk jungling, and not afk fountaining. Instead, he was with his teammates in ganks and teamfights. Remember, in two of Huskar's earlier deaths, he died while doing a lot of damage to an enemy hero, allowing for his teammates to get kills. All in all, Huskar was trying to win.
2. Huskar was targeted the most by Bara out of all the Sentinel. He was charged 5 times out of his 13 deaths. Bara is known to be a broken hero, and yes, getting focused by Bara throughout the game will result in a much worse KDR than one would normally get. This happens to any player regardless of their skill level.
3. Dota is a game where momentum plays a huge factor. It is a punishing game, where once you die, it's easier to die again. And vice versa: once you get a kill, it's easier to kill again due to gaining more exp and gold.
4. The Scourge (including me) did not have access to Sentinel vision or Sentinel allied chat. Also, we had other things to concentrate on besides Huskar so we were not able to observe all of his movements and plays while playing the game. Lastly, we had no knowledge of Huskar's past ban history and ENT accounts. So even if there were evidence for Huskar's intentional feeding, you must realize that we might not have seen it and thus it is unfair to ban us for making a decision off of information we did not have.
I challenge admin "child" or any Sentinel player to offer evidence in support of their claim that Huskar was intentionally feeding. Remember that evidence comes before a conclusion. Granted, only Huskar knows for sure whether he was intentionally feeding or not. But, the burden of proof is on you guys to offer strong evidence that he is intentionally feeding.
I would also appreciate it if other admins reviewed this game as well. It seems admin "child" did not pay attention to the details and came to a hasty conclusion. I have played hundreds of games on ENT and have only been banned for lagging out of games (autobanned for connection error or bot hosting error). I always VK intentional feeders, but given the evidence, there is no strong evidence that Huskar was intentionally feeding and I believe I--and the other Scourge members who did not !yes the votekick--am being wrongfully accused and banned.
