I spoke with Zammy privately, and he explained that he had to step away unexpectedly due to an urgent personal matter. While it's an unfortunate situation, he understands the potential consequences. Given that he’s not known for going AFK, there’s not much we can do in this case. Had he been able to stay, he likely would have contributed to a win.

Real life things happen; there's a pretty clear difference between someone needing to go AFK in 1 game out of thousands and someone regularly ruining games.

He should have shared control or just left the game, but to be fair he probably didn't expect you guys to instantly lose the game the moment you don't have him around either.
