Why are you banned: Another user using the same IP left the game
Why you should be unbanned: I was plaing in Civilization wars #80 on 3/18/17 US East time. A user Tip69 quit the game for no reason. That user has the same Ip address as me. If you watch the reply you can see I had nothing to do with that player leaving the game. This ban is unjust. I understand it is likely banning the IP address but I was not the user who left the game early. My stay rate is very high. The other players were aware of this situation.
