Why you should be unbanned: My Isp provider changes IP addresses all the time dynamically, in our local area we all have similar ip address that change minor details (information from my isp, didnt know this until recently), it occurs multiple times even in a day. I was banned for 2 days, when i signed on 3 days later, i was playing games just fine, then when i joined a game it said ban dodge for 1 year. What can i do to be unbanned? ent is the only servers that anyone plays on, otherwise wc3 is pointless

No, but my local area is hispanic based, im right next to a large college with lots of gamers

Like i was saying we have have only 1 provider in our area, no other provider can be bought, they own all the area, and i called them asking them about why my ip is banned, and they told me they change everyones constantly "dynamically" and thats how they control the area

So you share the IP with a hispanic gamer that started playing right after you were banned but stopped playing once you were unbanned?

They also said everyones ips are similar and they change them slightly, i dont get why, but w/e

Yeah apparently, i do share ips with ppl in my area, what they told me on the phone

I asked them if i could get my own ip, thats not shared, and they said its a buisness bracket only, not residential

I couldnt change my ip even if i wanted to, they ISP does it automatically i have no control
