Why you should be unbanned: Like really, i start a Legion TD Game, then i minimalize the game and do some thing on web. I forgot about game. About 3 minutes later i saw that game started and it was at the end of second round. I didnt wanna drag my whole team to defeat so i quit, that's all.

You had no excuse whatsoever and it was your own fault. You chose to left, and maybe you were right, but therefore, you must face the consequences.
The appeal system is meant to punish people from leaving.
If anyone is free to leave a game and post an unban appeal to get unbanned, it would be pointless to ban leavers in the first place.
You can be unbanned if your game crashed (and you show proof of the error message) or if you did not know the rules and got banned for it and learn from it. But in your case, you knew the consequence and the autoban is meant exactly for it.
