I got banned yesterday as a new leaver because my computer froze. Today I left a game and got banned for 2 days. I understand it may be because I made another account, but is there any way to unban or reduce ban? I will switch back to my main.

Why did you leave the game voluntarily when it was not ended?

I felt the game was over and it was a particularly frustrating game as the team would not come together. Oh well, it's been over 12 hours since this ban has expired, so you can process this. I was willing to take a regular ban for leaving, but this seemed like a new user ban (for 2 days) that was not warranted.
