Dodging is defined as playing on a different account while being banned on another account, often by a (purposely triggered) change of the IP. Dodging is considered a major offense equal to maphacking.
You were banned on xteem_fr0sty@useast.battle.net on June 15th. Then you changed your IP, and played on xteem_fr0sty@europe.battle.net during the 16th and 17th of June. This is dodging.
