Why you should be unbanned: I was suiciding my lane, that's a winning strat and only optimal strat when i'm not even able to hold my own lane. Saying i was aggresive about it, when the whole game was quite aggresive. Pink, the one reporting me for this, makes solosend on 7 that costs us a heal and then everything sparked out of that later when we're winning. I was just about to start building to reinforce my neighbour and played the entire game for the team contributing most of the lumber production, when i only manage to make 1x unit on my neighbours side before the game ends as well. I dont like judgement of that. You might wanna call it an error strictly after what the rule says but this strat is being abused massively in mega games nowadays, and so here when i had this guy who wasn't on my side of things i just went in to start helping him which was my intention after all. He might not have liked it, but how can it be considered offensive when it's nothing but gain for the team?

the opposite is true - if the ban was subjective, you wouldn't get it, since I know there's not much disadvantages if any with this strat. However, you've done exactly what rules restrict. Also the way you reacted on him wanting to sell it, didn't help you at all:
