@Slomosapien : even if he was not afk previously to that point, it was ENOUGH to kick him because he was afk for a couple of minutes on a crucial moment of the game (defend base). And he had been afk several time prior to that. It is not ok to afk foutain for > 1 min to get gold, you better go farm woods.

@peterpanpark : your arguments do not make sense to me.

@IWinIfyoulose : you clearly did not watch the replay. 66 % of my team voted.

I will lock this topic to cut the spam and ask another mod review.
To me it's crystal clear, even without noticing that he had been afk prior to that point.
He could not missed that he was game ruining, and even if he did, he had to state it in all chat.

Game reviewed.
Slark goes afk at fountain from 2707-2742. Total of 35 seconds.
Slark goes afk at fountain from 3122-3254. Total of 1 minute 32 seconds.
Slark goes afk at fountain from 3331-3622. Total of 2 min 40 seconds.

Total afk time 4 minutes 47 seconds.

At 3510 frenchdotaplayy states to all afk > 5 min for reason to kick. At that time total afk time added up to 3 minutes and 48 seconds.
At 3655 frenchdotaplayy says to allies afk more than 10 minutes.

Slark should be banned for game ruin/afk.
I believe the bans for failure to votekick were unjustified. His afk spells, occuring over 3 episodes, and his continued playing made it impossible for opposing players to appreciate, and they should not be held accountable for this.
The exaggeration of the afk times in all chat and allie chat did not help to clarify the situation.
In my opinion the bans for failure to votekick should be rescinded.

If any of the players that didn't vote had bothered to communicate during the game then all of this would have been avoided. If anyone on scourge had made an attempt to ask frenchdotaplayy to clarify instead of just ignoring him I would consider it an unjustifiable ban. But since the opposing team completely ignored the votekick attempt and the votekick looks 100% valid until Slark comes back in the last few seconds, I would say the ban for votekick abuse is justified.

@peterpanpark The decision has been reviewed in last resort and has been judged incorrect in hindsight. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
