The 2nd game ended only 16 minutes after the 1st game. The 2nd game lasted for 20 minutes. That means you left 1st game, then immediately joint 2nd game, otherwise the time-gap between would be higher. I doubt you can take care of a family emergency or sick kid during load time of the map.

Your ban expires later today and as Hutzu said, you joined a game immediately after leaving. Stop leaving games. Appeal denied.
