I really really thought the penalties are to make the players learn from their mistakes,which i did, not to make some admin show he has authority and
showing off he has powers... i would really like another oppinion from another admin since thinu can't be impartial here.

i votekicked abuse, i flamed and the third one is i trusted a mate that said he is already banned and stated it for myself. like i said. u disrespect me a lot, and i am sure this community has respect as one of his basics.. i failed in that game, but u 2 fail here on forum.

cause is quite obvious what rules i broke, yet u treat me like i do not have the brain to process it out. i know exactly what rules i broke, i promised it wont happen ever again, and if u would know me, u would also know i always keep my promisses, not cause u made me do it but because is the right thing to do. u cannot flame a noob player for a game nor for any reason at all.

Nevertheless, I'll repeat what the moderator on your previous appeal did - Please go over to our wiki, find the general rules & the LTD specific rules, read them, and paste the links of which you've read (2 in total) so we know such has been. Such procedure in the appealing process is a measure as stated that is to be respected and followed by anyone whom is asked to do so.

If your next response isn't the direct result of the instructions provided, this appeal is denied and you can wait out your ban time. I don't appreciate having argumentation stem from the appeal section and I won't have it continue in this one.

this is 1 of the rules i broke although i think, after reading it with these words, i didnt broke it since in my oppinion he affected the outcome of the game directly, by spoiling the atmosphere in our team, and by going mid without comunicating after middle lane was called by another player.
1.Do not abuse !votekick: its only purpose is to kick game ruinners who violate ENT's rules and negatively impact the game for either or both teams in the game.

2. Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively.
i did so, i am aware of it, i wont do it again, and i am sorry.

I would like to make sure you understand that there is no right to any lane in dota on ent, whether called for or not. It is is up to the players to sort out who goes where, and it is not a ban-worthy offense to go to a lane, any lane, already occupied or not. So, you cannot votekick somebody for doing this, ok? Please pm me that you understand this.
