Please Help Unban Me from connection error

Why are you banned: Created a new name and had a disconnection to battlenet
Why you should be unbanned: I did not lose wifi connection myself, because i was able to open internet while the frozen screen and shortly after it said i was disconnected.
Mac user so I constantly have game drop issues.
