I think that votekick was valid if you watch replay minute 3:30 you will see what bear did. initiated votekick based on that vote did not pass because me and lion were the only ones to see it.

I watched the replay before applying the ban.
The votekick was not valid, nor is your implication above accurate, since the votekick attempt occurred at min 21. The event with the rune, by itself, is insufficient to meet criteria for game ruin or to justify a votekick.
In addition, the validity of the votekick has nothing to do with you failing to defend.
Furthermore, your extensive ban history actually warranted a much longer ban, but I saw that you had been pretty clean over the last year, so I gave you credit for that, assigning ban length as if you were a first time offender.
