Banned because I had to leave for an emergency

Realm/Gateway: Us East
Why are you banned: left game 10 minutes before it ended..
Why you should be unbanned: Hi Admins, sorry about the situation. It is a very rare case.. I had to take my little brother to the emergency room. It was a really good game I really wish I could have made it to the end.. :(
I am not sure how much longer I will be banned. I did let my team know 10 minutes before I left..
Can you help?
