Why you should be unbanned: I believe this happened because I was toying around with my router and modem yesterday trying to fix the packet loss I was receiving. I had played a game a couple of days ago and after I had altered my router/modem combo (by putting my modem into bridge mode) which may have caused an IP change. After altering settings on my router/modem, I played a game last night. Would it recognize me on a different IP and just auto ban me?

Yes, you are connecting from a different ip which is automatically banned: it's not because you switched ip, but because the new ip range is automatically banned since it is detected as a proxy ip.

It looks like you are connecting from univesity? It's possible we could whitelist an account that you would be able to play on if you cannot fix the issue yourself.

I am at a university but I live off campus at an apartment complex and everyone here has the same internet(Comcast). I don't think I will be able to resolve the issue myself as I don't think I am able to just go in and alter the IP to one of my choosing due to how limiting Comcast/Xfinity is with their software. I would be interested in getting a whitelisted account that you speak of because I have a feeling even if I were to be able to resolve the issue on my own I would just end up getting banned again due to the unreliability that comes with this ISP.
