I left a Legion TD 1vs1 game seconds into it without explanation:
It's the first ENT game I've left prematurely like that before. My girlfriend was having a mini crisis and I needed to put my WC3 game down to help her out. I didn't figure my leaving would be that big of an inconvenience to the person who reported me. My bad. :

Perhaps I'm digging my grave deeper here, but the formatting instructions would be much clearer if they read: Write your information after the COLON (versus brackets)

The formatting really isn't that much of an issue as long as the mod which reads it understands it. I take that to mean that you realize how to do it properly next time, so no big deal.

First autoban, and was early in a 1v1 so not much harm done.
