Seems a bit strange that you mention now that your "pc never crashed/crash" when you filed another appeal 17 days ago where you blamed it on your computer that crashed. @Ben_T gave you a tip last time, have you tried any of the possible solutions that were listed? If so and it still doesnt work i would probably recomend you to experiment a little as it could maybe give you an indication to what the problem may be and wont find yourself in the same position as you are in now, PC crashes are frustrating.
