Autoban became rangeban

Why are you banned: So it all started with an autoban I got when my mate (playing on my IP) left a ltd 1v1 game. I got 2 days, which is fine. Problem is, I joined a random ent lobby to check the exact bantime and it suddently said rangeban for VPN use instead of the original autoban. I was on a different account when checking, but my VPN were not on at that time so I dont understand how this could've happened. I havent played any games during my autoban.
Why you should be unbanned: Like I said, I haven't played any games during the bantime. I never dodge, leave or ruin any games. I think this is a misunderstanding, and my rangeban should be reduced to original autoban.

Hi there! Don't use VPN/proxies it is forbidden if you look at the Enterprise Gaming Rules

"The use of any utility that hides your real IP (proxies/vpns, etc.)."

Just use your own Internet connection ISP and you will be fine.

If your still having problems after that, post back here.

The IP you used recently is in connection with a VPN/Proxy service. An hour before that you were on your standard iP.

I would double check that you have no antivirus/security software that may be routing you through the banned IP address.

@TrueChaos I didnt use VPN tho. I have it on my computer, but it wasn't active when i logged in - thats why I think its so weird that I got banned for VPN use. I dont get it.

@Unitil I doubt I have that, but like I said above, I had not activated any kind of VPN intentionally when logging in. I was on my US acc, but Im sure I didnt have VPN on as I never use that on wc3.

I didnt play any games during my ban, I was waiting it out like anyone else would. Was just random that I joined the lobby to check how long I had left. Im positive it said autoban before that.

For safety I just deleted my VPN right now, but like I've mentioned previously, I didnt use it at all when playing!

As far as im concerned, my history is clean. Despite the occaitional autoban, I've never been banned; and I've never dodged any of those. I would just like to sort this thing out, I dont mind a softban (or something like that) for being clueless/unaware, but I honestly dont think I desvere a long ban as I've not done anything wrong.

Range ban means that someone else commited a bannable offense using a VPN/proxies, or tried to dodge a ban that was in place under the same "IP", which was not done by you (someone else).

You will have to wait for a moderator to assist you when they are available.
