Why are you banned: Leaving game within 15 minutes
Why you should be unbanned: I don't recall leaving the game even though I might have, but I try to play the game out and do not int feed or anything of some sort. I was really surprised.

Go to the rules page and find the rule you broke, you'll find it under the Island Defense rules. Copy and paste it here so I am sure you understand the rule now.

"Builders which have not yet died may not leave within the first 20 minutes, unless it has been explicitly stated by an observer that they are willing to take over your builder."

I now understand that I will need someone to replace my position if I leave before the first 20 minutes. I apologize of not knowing that rule and will from now on follow the rules.
