Banned instead of someone else?

Why are you banned: I've no clue. The linked ban isn't even my account.
Why you should be unbanned: There has been some sort of mistake. Apparently, I've been banned for three weeks, which would be alright, if I did anything. However, when I've looked up the ban ID, the thread in question is for someone else, and not even that, it's also for the games I don't even play (Legion TD) ( viewtopic.php?f=24&t=128083 ). I've never heard of the person in question before. The only thing we've in common from what I could find is the same country of residence.

On a side note, when I check these two:

Both are blank, which further confuses me. How have I been banned in place of someone else? First time this is happening.
