Banned for Dodging again

Why you should be unbanned: the banned username that shows up is dfntdemonthesis.

So I think i'm caught in another hiccup here. When I try to play a dota game or any game from ENT the banned username is dfntdemonthesis: I have never once used that account nor know the password to that.

The only two accounts I have are

Madonna
and
Techcontroll

I think the problem therein lies with me using a hotspot. Comcast Xfinity is an open hotspot that I use with my aunt's account because they have a hotspot here in my apartment complex...


I'm not entirely sure but I've never seen that username in my life. what should I do?

Just wait till a mod reads it, you gave enough info for a mod to work with.
If all checks out you can name one account(name) and it will be white listed.

Its just some ip range ban hoppens to people every now n then.

Edit: Assuming you really didn't break any rules, which based on the above posted appeal is likely the case, you can ask them to whitelist one account. Unfortunately, you're going to be required to play on the whitelisted account if you wish to use ENT services.

It's annoying, but in cases like this it's the only way to allow you to play while maintaining the ban on the other person who's IP you happened to be caught in.

I played last night. --- seems like i'm caught then uncaught at least once every two weeks and let go a day after..
is there anyway those accounts can be whitelisted? I don't mind being monitored or what not on my games.
