Why are you banned: I was never banned
Why you should be unbanned: Cagri should be unbanned because, most of the time, he is a pleasure to play with, and an excellent source of unconventional strategies that keep Civilization Wars from becoming stale
Please unban him. Despite the odd negative behaviour, overall, he made the game more fun.
I say this having began playing with him as a noob, through until he was banned.
