I literally god banned just for not listening to sdb. It wasn't our entire team telling me to do something, just him. From level 12 onwards he flames he's going to get me banned, I guess it worked.
Here's what transpired

12 I maxed our king (did the last 5 regen). I had the lumber for it, and the enemy team fullsent. sdb was telling me to stop but it was the right call to keep upping as it saved a heal THAT WON US THE GAME ON 20

14/15 I juiced so I wouldn't leak full, that's pretty standard. SDB was flaming me telling me not to so we could leak, but I leaked even with juice. Banned for not wanting to go dead lane when sdb tells you to?

on 17 I was spamming chat saying we should send, it was the obvious call. we had wood for dd and they had no siege adn trash value. sdb wanted to go 20 which we ended up doing, but in my chat spam I had rax selected and hotkeyed demon. it wasn't even at the beginning, it was like 20 sec til spawn. obviously a mistake and I said so in chat repeatedly. sdb was super happy about it though cause he knew it would get me banned

I was completely cooperative with my team this game though, I can't believe this is a ban

My gameplay wasn't perfect, getting flamed by sdb. "I'm going to the forums to get you banned after this game" for 20 minutes had me super tilted and not giving a shit by the end of the game. IMO the point of a ban is to deal with uncooperative tk, not someone with imperfect gameplay that doesn't do what another player says. seems there should be a rule against abusing the ban request system and wasting mods time to troll someone you don't like (sdb. has a big grudge against me and flames me every game, every time I make a mistake it's "you're banned kiddo check forums after this game"). I can't believe this time it actually worked though

It's bans like this that stand more as warning than not. You've a history with refusing to cooperate with your team and given you play in a high competitive environment like 1200+, I expect team play to be more of a factor, above the regular LTD mega, even.

That being said,

Level 12 - Your team said to save and you kept upgrading the king.
Level 14/15 - Your team said to save and you juiced.
It's things like this in 1200+ that do matter simply because lumber, sending, everything is important when trying to achieve a victory. However, given the circumstance this ban was only made as said, a warning and therefor -

I have a history of refusing to cooperate? I think this may be the real reason for this ban. There are a couple players like Sdb. I don't get along with, maybe 3 others. It's just players that try and play all 4 lanes and ping spam/report you when you don't build exactly what they say. Maybe you are one of those players and that is the real reason for this ban?

level 12, the whole teams up king. only difference is I finish regen after SDB says save. This regen saves us a heal that wins us the game lv 20, it was a bad call by one player I did not follow. Our whole team upped the king here btw, I just did another few ups after SDB said to stop

SDB tells me not to juice. I juice to leak slower for more time. I'm checking and I can't find the rule that says you have to go dead lane with mutants on 17 game because sdb. tells you to

OK so the rule I violated is "always send with the team". Obviously I know this, but usually a hotkey mistake does not justify a 36 hour ban, especially since I immediately called myself out on the error

Also wtf is a warning ban. today is my day off, Now I can't play 1200 because of this. I've never heard of a mod giving a 'warning ban' before

To me all you're saying is "I'll admit there is no reason for this ban, but I'm going to ban you for 36 hours anyways"

Arty retired months ago and uakf.b doesn't involve himself in the moderation of bans and is here and involves himself in technical support.

The missend at 17 is impactful as is the solo upping.

1) Solo upping, even 5 times, is 400 lumber and only provides 15 income. This on its own isn't bannable, since it was mere moments after the team was upping, can be construed as what you call a strategy.

2) However, the hotkey send at 17 is highly impactful. No one else would send, making it a 75g feed and 1500 lumber loss for you. This is likely what got you the ban, tied in with the last offense.

3) Another loss of lumber by juicing can be considered tk, as you wouldn't necessarily be a dead lane. This is more for gold greed and loses you lumber at the same time which impacts the endgame send.

Warning bans are common. This is about you being more mindful, not about sdb but the actions taken. The combination of actions in this case is bannable. Accidents happen, that is why there is a warning. But, juicing lumber when you will leak regardless is nothing less than teamkilling and has no real impact as the units would be killed mid regardless at the same rate. As far as saving a heal at 20, that last amt can be quickly upgraded after a much larger send.

Merex issued a fair ban here and it isn't difficult to see the error in the game, not agreeing with sdb, from a technical and warning standpoint. sdb is toxic and has been, but your actions and accidents are your own.

That's a fairly nice attitude, and given everything read - Denied.
