I know there was a game where I lagged and dropped after someone had already left, but it doesn't look like that's the game that got me banned. I'm not sure what happened but it wasn't intentional.

To me its not the lack of effort figuring out what went wrong....Its the lack of effort admitting to what he did wrong and why it wont happen again. Since you are new here you might want to go to the wiki page and look at ent's rules.
Post them here and the admins may find themselves the heart to give you a chance

Every post is you stating you dont know what game it was, you dont know what happened.
