Why you should be unbanned: It wasnt my fault and the game was 4v5 cause of someone lagging out from the startscreen...

You didn't d/c from the bot, you voluntarily left the game halfway before it ended.

I got DC:ed "Disconnected" it lagged for a bit then the screen lagged

If you truly disconnected from a game, the bot would have stated as such, and not recorded you as voluntarily leaving.
Plus the gameplay shows something differently than what you're claiming.
