Your ip has changed recently. It is being detected as a proxy/vpn. If you're using one turn it off and you should be able to play, they aren't allowed on our servers. The ban is only on the ip not your account.

Let me know if that fixes it.

ip? i am not really pc savvy - i just checked into a hotel room is that reason why? how can i turn it off?
