I can't find a single game where you left/disconnected - the closest thing i could find is this
https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=11519129 where everyone disconnected (game crashed), so you weren't autobanned for it (Also there's no active ban under the name "n00bieman"), so you should be able to play
