Still banned after banned expired, seems like bug please read

Why are you banned: i was banned for supposdely leaving a game
Why you should be unbanned: couple days i ago i joined a game and as soon as it finished loading i was kicked out right away.
I should have been unbanned a few hours ago. now when i try to join a game it keeps telling me i am banned until the same exact time i tried to play.
For an example right now its (10-25-18/11:05) when i try to join 5 minutes later it says im banned until (10-25-18/11:10)
