The account isn't banned. The IP you are using is range banned. We whitelisted an account for you to avoid the rangeban and we only grant one of these per user. You can change your whitelist once every 2 months but it has not been 2 months yet. So you will need to play on camban123#entconnect to avoid the rangeban. You can PM at the end of the month if you wish to change your whitelisted account to something else.
