it looks like i got caught up in something weird. says my game name is rangeban and i have never had an account of that name before. i only play dota and the last time i played was last night about 2:30 central standard time. ive had accounts named Seventh_Samurai, dota_maniac, gen_maniac but never rangeban. please help

@Gen_Maniac What's the TID and reason associated with the ban? That's an important piece of information that the mods'll need.

the fiber line to my home wifi got cut by the workers i have at the house so im using my mobile hotspot to play. that is what i think is causing this nonsense to happen. please unban. @merex
