Why are you banned: Accused of game ruin, when in fact the player who requested the ban should be considered for ban
Why you should be unbanned:

Game lasted little more than one hour, and the person requested the ban only has bkb and dagon...

Throughout the game it was very clear that the player had no desire to win and his refusal to cooperate throughout the game is clearly shown.

For instance, when I roshed for the very first time, I gently asked the player to let me solo rosh and I literally asked him to not steal ageis 3 times before he proceeded to ignore all that and steal it.

Despite his incredibly rude behaviors, I really thought I followed the rules to my best ability by simply ignoring him and playing the game to my best ability.

As for me breaking the ageis and cheese, I gently asked other players to take the cheese and ageis and once it had become evident that the player who made the ban request would once again troll and steal all the items, I figured it would be much smarter choice to at least make sure that the opponents don't steal the items

I wouldn't consider another player taking aegis from you on time and using it to try to win the game worth a ban - just a dick move. But you are free to submit a ban request against him with additional timestamps if you believe he was intentionally griefing.

However, the main issue is you purposely deny cheese and aegis which your team obviously would have been able to take - that is teamkilling. Another player's action don't justify doing that.

That way, we can ensure another rule-violation by you, caused by not-knowing the rules, will not happen again. After linking us to the rules, we expect you to have read them. Cooperating with us will have a positive effect on your ban duration.

I completely understand the concept of denying/team kill, but as you can see on the chat, I asked the team to take the items, and I had to wait between 15 to 30 seconds until I denied it.

Please believe that I genuinely did want the team to take the item

But I unfortunately noticed that other players' slots as well as mine were completely full. Nor were teammates in a hurry or enthusiastic in regards to taking the items.

I must admit that I did not bother to take a look at Bara's item slots because he was a trolling throughout the entire game.

I also couldn't hear what Bara was saying because I ignored him in order to follow Ent gaming's rules and not flame.

Is there anyway you can reconsider?

Tiny was on his way over when you killed them and it looked like you just killed the items to prevent Barra from taking them since you were mad at him. I don't really ever think it is ever appropriate to team kill cheese and aegis unless your team has agreed to it/ignored the items after having time to get to them (which I don't believe had happened yet) or enemy is nearby.

Also, you never completed what I asked of you in my original reply. I'd also rather hear that you will be more careful in the future rather than just justifications for your actions but I do see your side in this.

Dota is a very competitive game at times and Ageis or even rosh can often be overtaken by the enemies, which is why I did what I did, but it doesn't seem like I can convince you that I genuinely wanted to win the game..
